Tracking - Vibratory Straight Line, Gravity, Belt, and Airveyors.

Vibratory, gravity, belt or airveyor tracks all provide a buffer of pre-oriented parts between the part handling system and the work station.  This applies to most part handling systems including vibratory, centrifugal, linear or floor feeders.  Full track sensors may be installed in these tracking devices to allow for the part handing system to operate only when the work station calls for parts.

Tracking via vibratory straight lines is our most popular option.  A workhorse designed to provide efficient part storage and transport in a very cost-effective manner.  The vibratory straight line drive units are powered by electromagnetic coils, applying the same principle as our vibratory parts feeder bowls.

In certain applications, belt tracks, air c
onveyor tracks, or airveyor tracks might make a more attractive option.  Parts are carried from the vibratory parts feeder bowl, centrifugal feeder bowl, stepper feeder, or linear part feeder, to the machine by the action of a belt conveyor track or air conveyor, eliminating the noise inherent in the vibration of a regular vibratory straight line track.  (If vibratory tracking is designed into your parts feeding package, optional sound enclosures are availble to reduce the noise level).  This provides a very positive and reliable method to transfer specific families of parts from vibratory parts feeder bowls, centrifugal feeder bowls, stepper feeders, or linear parts feeders to your assembly or work stations.

We also provide "orienting roll" tracking to handle parts with very little dimensional differences.  This design allows us to detect minute differences that are too critical to detect in an automatic vibratory feeder bowl, when sorting headed, round, tapered, cylindrical or other similar parts.  It is also a very effective method to inspection and sort your parts accuratly.

VIBRATORY STRAIGHT LINE DRIVE - SL - 1004
Application

Vibratory Straight Line Drive Units, are designed to move parts in a straight line motion from Vibratory Parts Feeder Bowls to Dead Nests, Eascapement Devices or Placement Mechanisms. Like all Vibromatic equipment we have incorporated adjustability with a jack screw arrangement. This allows for ease of alignment between the Vibratory Straight Line Track and its mating Vibratory Parts Feeder, Dead Nest, Escapement Device or Placement Mechanism. The SL-1004 Drive Unit is capable of feed rates up to and sometimes beyond 180 inches per minute. This particular unit is capable of driving a normally tooled Vibratory Track 14 inches long with a maximum load of 7 pounds.

Standard operating voltage for one of these units is 115 V, 60Hz with a maximum power draw of .5 amp. Vibromatic can supply as an option an H001 variable speed control for this Vibratory Straight Line Drive unit. Shipping weight of this unit is approximately 8 pounds. Vibratory Straight Line Track Application

Vibratory Straight Line Drive Units are designed to move parts in a straight line motion from Vibratory Parts Feeder Bowls to Dead Nests, Eascapement Devices or Placement Mechanisms.  The SL-2011 Vibratory Straight Line Driver has built in adjustability with a (3) point jack screw arrangement. This allows for ease of alignment between the Vibratory Straight Line Track and its mating Vibratory Parts Feeder, Dead Nest, Escapement Device or Placement Mechanism.  All Vibromatic Vibratory Straight Line Drive Units are capable of feed rates up to and sometimes beyond 250 inches per minute. This particular unit is capable of driving a normally tooled track up to 24 inches long with a maximum load of 15 pounds.

Standard operating voltage for one of these units is 115V, 60Hz with a maximum power draw of 2.4 amp. Vibromatic can supply as an option an H001 variable speed control for this Vibratory Straight Line Drive Unit. Shipping weight of this unit is approximately 55 pounds. Vibratory Straight Line Track Application

Vibratory Straight Line Drive Units, are designed to move parts in a straight line motion from Vibratory Parts Feeder Bowls to Dead Nests, Eascapement Devices or Placement Mechanisms.  The SL-4011 Vibratory Straight Line Driver has built in adjustability with a (3) point jack screw arrangement. This allows for ease of alignment between the Vibratory Straight Line Track and its mating Vibratory Parts Feeder, Dead Nest, Escapement Device or Placement Mechanism. 

All Vibromatic Vibratory Straight Line Drive Units are capable of feed rates up to and sometimes beyond 250 inches per minute. This particular unit is capable of driving a normally tooled track up to 48 inches long with a maximum load of 30 pounds.

Standard operating voltage for one of these units is 115V, 60Hz with a maximum power draw of 3.2 amp. Vibromatic can supply as an option, an "H" series variable speed control for this vibratory straight line drive unit. Shipping weight of this unit is approximately 130 pounds.
